i am having trouble with uninstalling mcafee from my computer.

can someone out their help me? i have try to get the add and remove

program to do its job,but to available,same **** can get mcafee

out of my computer. coohand13

DON'T DELETE ANYTHING!!! McAfee has it's own uninstallation utility and if you've tried Add %26 Remove Programs and can't remove it, it is now corrupted and will have to be reinstalled in order to be uninstalled. If you have the McAfee CD, restart the computer then re-install McAfee. Restart the computer again, then click on Start, Programs, find McAfee and use it's uninstall feature to remove it. After it's removed, restart the computer again. THEN you can delete any left-over files.

there are some experts who can help with any problem you have with mcafee program.
Go to search and search for all files with mcfee. then delete them. I'm Surprised that add or remove programs wont work, but it might be because it need a CD. You can modify the program and set it to idle.
