I just got on my computer by ignoring about 100 viruses that came up on the start. I need help right now. I use AntiVir Virus Protection and I have found my system restore disk. I need to know how step by step to restore my system. Need help now please.

put the cd in and follow directions, but it may not remove viruses. in fact i doubt it.
this really differs from computer to computer. Since you were able to get online to ask this question, go to the website of the manufacturer of your computer (dell, hp, gateway, lenovo,,,.). Every manufacturer has instructions on how to reinstall the operating system. The restore disk is one thing, but you also need a disc with drivers, or better yet, download the latest drivers for your model. If the computer came preinstalled with, say, Office or a DVD player, you need media for that too.

After restoring your PC, make sure you run Microsoft (Windows) Update until you have all updates, especially the security updates. And, of course, invest in a good antivirus package (Norton Antivirus 2007/ Norton Internet Security 2007/Norton 360 are good ones but there are other good ones as well.). And be sure to get valuable files (music, digital photos, email archive, documents) off the old setup because you have to start ith a totally new/clean C: drive. Be careful that you only copy your old files back AFTER you have installed virus protection.
Put the disk in, it will give you a step by step overview of what has to be done. Its not hard to do. Microsoft designed the disk so that anyone could use it. When you go through the options it might give you an option to do a clean restore which would clear the hardriva and start you all over again. That woul be the best decision to use but if you have important files on the compute than dont do it. It will prabably give you a bunch of dates and just choose one that you know that all the virus's were gone on. Its a simple task. The hardest part for most people is finding the disk.
