i keep getting this pop up in my task bar saying " critical system errors" I have spyware protection, malware and evrything... what do i do? and i also keep getting bumped off things i do cause it says my virtual memory is low... what can i do about that, or what is the typical things needed for windows 2000 pro? so i can delete the not needed things

In the package i did get for the computer protection : Antivirus Personal firewall spyware killer spam eliminator pop up ad blocker and stealth web surfer.

Sorry to hear about your problem. The first thing I would do is update your anti-virus software (if you have any) and run a full scan. If you don't, visit http://free.grisift.com and download the free AVG anti-virus suite and run a full scan.

Also, visit http://www.safer-networking.org and download and run Spybot search and Destroy. It will update itself when you run it and then fix any spyware or malware you might have on your system

i have that too dont owrry my computer is still running so will yours. those are just pop up waiting for you to doawnload stuff. But if you want to be more careful maybe you need to clean out your windows/programs/destops or whatever you dont need.
get ewido .. and if that dont do it get hijack-this and run it .. get someone to help u dicipher the results ..
