i've tried spybot and it kills spyware and virus, and if you get a problem they tell you the problem and if they have something suspicious they will ask you to block it or no

AVG has a free and paid version. You can get the latest paid version for "free" using the link below. I did this with a free trial of a Spanish language system. I cancelled, so paid nothing, but got AVG 8.0 full version to keep. Sweet!
