i already tried downloading this cd to kill the virus the internet protection thing is called kapresky or something like that but it doesn't seem to work on it cause its already infected so w hat should i do to DISINFECT it??

Go to http://www.filehippo.com And get AVG virus protection and AVG spy ware removal and spy bot search and destroy and AD-aware spy removal and use them in safe mode. To-get to safe mode turn off your computer and then turn it back on and when it is booting back up push on F8 continuously until a window come`s up. And use the arrow`s on your key board to high light safe mode and then right click on the high lighted safe mode and when safe mode come`s up do all of the scan`s in safe mode.And also do them in regular mode after you have done them in safe mode.Thes are all free soft ware.
