Is my computer clean enough?

This the following things i did.

1.Scan Virus (AOL Active Virus Shield Made by Kaspersky)

2.Scan for Spyware (AVG Spyware, A-squared, Spybot Search and destroy)

3. Spyware protection (Spyblaster)

4. use CCleaner, IOBit WindowCare, Tune up Utilites 2007

5. Defragment (I use IOBit Defragment)

6. Uninstall uneeded program

7. My Router has a firewall

You should do this way first:

1. Use Windows Disc Cleanup (Start %26gt; Accessories %26gt; System Tools %26gt; Disc Cleanup); and after it finishes scanning your drive, click on the other tab and clean up system restore files.

2. Scan for Viruses/Spyware

3. Use your Cleaners (Registry is a must)

4. Run Disc Check from Windows (My Computer %26gt; Right Click on C drive and click properties %26gt; click tools tab %26gt; do a disc error check

5. Uninstall all unneeded programs.

6. Defrag.

That's my recommended way of doing it. But yours is pretty ok too.

you could also have the windows xp service pack 2 fire wall (only if you have window's xp)
Sounds pretty clean to me...Did you dump your cookies and temporary internet files and empty your recycle bin?
