The only way someone would be able to utilize that disc at the same time as you, would be if they were on the same Dial Up/Broadband provider, in the same house. Also, the software itself will have some sort of document with it, stating the terms and conditions of usage.

The only way you could legally do it is if you had made the purchase for two computers. Like with McAfee when I make an upgrade for both of my computers to a newer version I download the software on-line but I also make the purchase for 2 computers at my residence.
