I use Spybot
i used to use AVG before, but i found it wasnt entirely up to scratch compared to the Avast Free Home Edition antivirus software

I have also always used Adaware which is also free and very thorough, worth checking out

Spybot Search and Destory is OK, but that is just it.... OK

Overall my suggestions are go with Avast %26 Adaware, goodluck with your decision.
I use SpywareBlaster, along with Adaware and Spybot. Works for me, along with AVG too.
